Overview

Drakewell provide a fully maintained professional data hosting server farm for authorities who wish to provide internet access to their traffic data. This provides a cost effective solution with 24/7 access.

The traffic data can be uploaded to the web server via FTP, Email, CD or Telemetry plus Data can be exported from an existing C2, C1 or Cordon Database using TX-Disk and sent in the same way. The files are automatically checked and email or SMS alerts raised if issues are found.

The service can be tailored to fit the specific needs of customers. For example, the data can be sent as Raw Files where Drakewell will automatically process these files and raise alerts if required, or the data can be pre-processed by the customer using a local copy of C2-Checker and sent across as a clean export which will again be automatically loaded onto the hosted database.

The Drakewell data servers are stored in a climate controlled, fire-proofed, secure environment with UPS and generator redundancy. Connected via a high speed data line to the internet backbone the C2 Web servers provide a fast connection to the C2 web reports for web based analysis reporting. The hosted data is fully maintained by Drakewell and scheduled backup tapes are created daily and stored off site.

Customers can have unlimited Nodes, Sites and Users. Each user can be assigned to a group and each group can have it's own access rights and available reports.

All of the Drakewell C2 Modules are available via the hosted service.
