C2-Manual Count and Turning Movement is a powerful application designed as a standalone module or a fully integrated module that will write directly into the C2 Database with full C2-Web Reports compatablity.

The application is designed for entering, checking, displaying and saving manual count and turning movement data. Data can be imported direct from the TDC MC10/12/36 ange of recorders or manually entered using an excel form designed for ease of use and compatability.
